Shipping policy

UK Shipping

Free delivery is available on orders over £40. This only applies to orders within the United Kingdom. 

All UK orders are sent with next working day delivery either via Royal Mail or DPD, however, there may be limits to this next day service depending on location (e.g. Scottish highlands) and the day the order is placed (e.g. a weekend or bank holiday).

Orders placed before 3.30pm on a week day will usually be dispatched the same day, and arrive the next working day. However, we do ask our customers to allow for up to 3 working days just in case of unexpected shipping delays. Orders placed after 3.30pm on a week day, or at any time at the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day.

International Shipping

You will be charged import fees on products you order from us that are being delivered outside of the United Kingdom.
These are import fees we cannot control, and will be charged by the courier on delivery of your products. If the customer refuses to pay courier fees, the order will be returned to us and we will be charged the courier fees on their behalf. Unfortunately, this means that when we refund the order, we need to deduct the courier fees. For this reason we ask our customers to please make sure they are happy to pay courier fees and import tax before ordering. 

International orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL.

Further Details

Information provided by the customer in regards to the name, address, email, telephone number, etc., will be assumed as correct and accurate and will be used for distribution exactly as they were entered. Items not being received as a result of incorrect information being provided by the customer will not be rectified at the expense of the DarkStar.

Where specific delivery dates have been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree on a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. If the delivery of an order is delayed, DarkStar shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
